I was born in Taiwan, a small, lush island about twice the size of Hawaii and eleven times smaller than California. Thousands of years of treasures were rescued from the ravages of the Cultural Revolution and the legacies of Chinese traditions were kept alive. From a very young age, I was exposed to classical Chinese literature, mythology and calligraphy, which I love to this day. I obtained a B.A. in Chinese Literature and a B.A. in Foreign Language and Literature. I move to San Francisco in 2010 to pursue my education in Chinese Medicine and Iyengar Yoga. Today, I remain active as a certified Iyengar Yoga instructor, a performing classical oboist and a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner.
